They won't let you down!!

The car I purchased from DAB cars was exactly what I wanted... until it developed some engine issues they couldn't have known about at the time of sale. A lot of dealers at this point turn their back on you, and start giving you a hard time.
However Nav was extremely helpful from the beginning, dealing with the situation efficiently and professionaly, took matters into his own hand, kept me updated and did not rest until it was resolved.
Someone once told me the measure of a good business is mainly not what their product is like (saying this, their cars are pretty top spec), but rather how they deal with it if something goes wrong. DAB cars have certainly excelled in this area. Highly recommended.

We had nothing but an amazing experience with Nav. He was a great guy and helped us out hugely, with such honesty. It was such an easy and relaxing process from the beginning of making a phone call to Nav to driving home at the end. We drove from the Midlands up to Manchester to buy the new car. I couldn’t fault any of Nav’s service. We spent a while looking at the car, took it out for a test drive, took some time to think about it and Nav was nothing but patient with us. From getting there, to completing all the paperwork, to leaving to come back home - it was an extremely pleasant and fantastic experience overall. Great hospitality-from picking up us from the station to giving us snacks and drinks.
He also ensured we were prepared before setting off for our journey home by helping us with insurance, and taxing the car on his pc.

Buying a car from England

I live in Northern Ireland. Spoke to Nav of Dab Car Ltd Bury. When speaking to him he allayed any fear I had. The car was keenly priced and Nav even organised door to door delivery.Comes with 3 month warranty and RAC recovery. Car is as described and better. (Even had 1/2 a tank of fuel).I would have no problem recommending Nav and Dab cars Ltd. Thanks again Nav.

I am very happy, both with my Toyota Yaris and the helpful, courteous service. The warranty arrived promptly and I had same day delivery which was a huge help. I bought the car without seeing it, but a small scratch not visible in the photos was pointed out over the phone. The car exceeds my expectations and all in all, I am very pleased

Absolutely “chuffed to bits”

Absolutely “chuffed to bits” Nav did a first class job from start to finish. Because I purchased the car over the phone, when it came to the part where you have to transfer the money, I must admit I had few butterflies rolling round my tummy !!!

But after a quick chat with Nav, and now re-assured the deal went through. No problems at all. All very professional in a step by step procedure.

Everything on the car was as described by Nav, good history, nice and cleanly presented and totally road worthy.
There was a very small “hic-up” regarding the battery, but even that was sorted by post the following day...

Yes, very pleased, would I buy another from Nav, no problem at all. Good luck with all future sales Nav.

NEAR IMPOSSIBLE MADE POSSIBLE!!!

Purchased a lovely Range Rover from DAB CARS in England to export back to my home country (2500 miles away). The process couldn’t have been made easier. From live video viewing to payment, Nav went above and beyond to help with the logistics for the 4x4 to be delivered to Southampton ferry port, border inspection and custom clearance all while being in a different time zone. Travelled 200 miles !!

I flew up from Southampton to purchase a BMW 335d. Nav came to Manchester airport to pick me up and returned to the office to sort the paperwork. Car was 100% as described, even the 1 or 2 tiny scuffs to the bodywork were pointed out to me prior to me leaving home.A more approachable and professional individual you could not wish to meet. I took my old car to Nav at DAB cars for a part exchange. He offered me good money for my car which was in fact the highest offer I had after visiting 3 dealerships. He settled my existing finance and within an hour I drove away in my new car. Excellent service and very professional. Oh and thanks for the coffee :-)

Top dealership amazing experience

I didn’t have the best credit rating in the world so I wasn’t expecting a good deal if anything. Surprisingly Nav sorted me out with a decent amount of credit at a good rate. Not only have I got the BMW I’ve wanted for a while but it’s give me the chance to prove to lenders I can be responsible with payments and hopefully turn my credit rating around. The deal was done within afew hours. And within 2 days the car was delivered to my door! Thanks Nav. Would defo recommend to others!
